Seeking Sponsors
Since 1985, the Spartanburg Jaycees have organized and hosted the annual Christmas Parade for the City of Spartanburg. As the largest nighttime parade in the Upstate, the Spartanburg Christmas Parade can attract up to 20,000 spectators along its 1.5 mile route. Join us in producing an event that is creative, brings awe to children, and makes adults feel like children again – and connect with “Spartanburgers” through the magic of Christmas.
Santa Level $3,000
Professional Float Rental Provided (Category A Entry) Float to be lighted and decorated by the Jaycees. Fits about 16 adults. Music system & generator included
Category B - Entry Included This type of entry includes self-built floats (flat beds, trailers, and similar entries), automobiles, and walking groups.
Your Logo on the Parade Banner Your logo will appear on the Parade Banner that leads the parade. If desired, Sponsor may help to select a group to carry the Banner.
Advertising Sponsors will be mentioned in all future press releases and during all future media appearances pertaining to the Parade. Sponsor name, logo, and link on the Jaycees’ website and social media with periodic “thank you” posts.
Your Logo on Parade Shirts Sponsor logo will appear on the back of parade shirts that all elf dash participants receive; Shirts will also be available (pre-order only) to the general public. Logo size on shirts will reflect Sponsorship Level (Santa Level = Large Logo)
Recording of Parade - Parade will be recorded and aired LIVE via the Jaycees’ Facebook Page. The Jaycees will provide live audio commentary during the recording, and Sponsor will be named and thanked for their support.
Rudolph Level $1,800
